Behind the Ayer’s Cliff Fair: Thank You to Those Who Bring It to Life
Every year, the Ayer’s Cliff Fair brings our community together to celebrate agriculture, tradition, friendship, and everything that makes our Fair so special. While the Fair itself takes place over just a few days, bringing it to life requires 12 months of preparation, hard work, and dedication.
We would like to take a moment to recognize the generous people behind it all: our directors, administration, volunteers, and the families and friends who support them along the way.
A Year-Round Commitment
Organizing an agricultural fair like ours requires countless hours throughout the year. From meetings and planning to preparing activities, coordinating departments, maintaining the grounds and handling the many logistical details, every edition of the Ayer’s Cliff Fair is truly a team effort.
Many members of our team have dedicated decades of their lives to the Stanstead County Agricultural Society, with some having served for more than 40 years.
Their passion, experience, and commitment to keeping our agricultural traditions alive allow the Ayer’s Cliff Fair to continue growing and bringing generations together year after year.

Thank You for Keeping Our Fair Going Strong
On behalf of the Ayer’s Cliff Fair and the Stanstead County Agricultural Society, we want to say, from the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU.
Thank you for the countless hours you dedicate throughout the year. Thank you for your energy, ideas, experience, and willingness to lend a hand wherever it is needed. And thank you to your families and friends, who support your involvement and so often contribute their own time and energy as well.
An agricultural fair isn’t built in a few days. It comes to life because of a community of dedicated people who choose, year after year, to give their time to preserve our traditions and create an event our entire community can be proud of.
To our directors, administration, volunteers, families, and friends: thank you for bringing the Ayer’s Cliff Fair to life!
