Throughout the Ayer’s Cliff Fair’s history, volunteers from the community have been an essential element of the success of the Fair. The spirit of volunteerism is a core component of the values of the Fair. Well beyond pitching in to get things done, volunteering is about fun, teamwork, building and rekindling relationships, and the satisfaction of continuing the growth and strength of the community.
Our appreciation of the importance of volunteers in the community is reflected in the creation of Volunteer Park at the entrance to the fairgrounds, officially inaugurated in 2021.
We have a great team of volunteer leaders and volunteers, and we are always delighted to add to this extended family. Heading into our next edition of the Fair, we have lots of opportunities for new volunteers. Please contact us if you are interested in joining this amazing team.
