AssistExpo Is Now Open for the Ayer’s Cliff Fair
The Ayer’s Cliff Fair will take place from August 27 to 30, and exhibitor registration is now open through the AssistExpo platform.
Whether you are planning to enter animals, arts and crafts, or horticultural exhibits, you can now complete your registration online. The platform allows exhibitors to select their classes and submit the required information before arriving at the Fair.
Agricultural, arts and crafts, and horticultural exhibits are an important part of the Ayer’s Cliff Fair each year. They provide an opportunity to showcase the knowledge, dedication and creativity of local farmers, livestock exhibitors, artisans, gardeners and community members.
Registration deadlines
Participants must complete their entries by the following deadlines:
- Animals: August 10
- Arts and Crafts: August 26
- Horticulture: August 27
We recommend completing your registration as early as possible. Registering in advance gives you enough time to review your selected classes and confirm the information provided for your animals, creations or horticultural exhibits.
An important step before completing your registration
Once you have filled out your entry form, remember to press the “Submit” button at the end of the process. This step is essential. If the form is not submitted, the Fair team will not receive your entries.
Before leaving the platform, take a moment to verify that all your information is accurate and that your registration has been successfully submitted.
