Animal Exhibitors – be prepared !

ATTENTION ANIMAL EXHIBITORS  – Planning ahead will make the entry process with Assist-Expo simple.

Do you have everything ready? Online entries open July 10th and must be completed by August 10th. All animal entries MUST be done online. Here is a list of some of the information that is requested: 

• Have you viewed our website Rules, classes and results – Ayer’s Cliff Fair  to look at what classes and sections you would like to participate in?
• Do you have your cattle registration certificates?
• Is your horse’s Coggins certificate current?
• Is your insurance up to date? A copy of the policy is needed at time of online registration.
• Do you have your camper measurements at your fingertips? Remember you must measure from the hitch to the bumper.
• Exhibitor passes are discounted, and you could receive additional passes based on the number of cows and horses you enter. Do you need to purchase more passes for family and friends?
